Bronze Service upon arrival includes
- The passangers' names will be displayed on plasma screens located at the arrivals level of the terminal. Passengers must identify themselves to the Marhaba Representative and will assist them from the arrival/immigration are before the Passport Control until outside meeting point
- Handover visas or other essential documents to passenger if needed
- Escort through immigration formalitites and security screening
- Assistance at the baggage belt area
- Handover the passanger to the receiving party at the meeting point outside arrivals

- Assistance at from Marhaba Check-in Lounge till the departures area
- Assistance through all airport formalities
- Fast track clearance of immigration
- Buggy car transfers at the designated areas
