General description:
The hotel Aloft Palm Jumeirah is located around 140 km from Abu Dhabi. The private sandy beach is around 300 m from the hotel. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge. The tourist centre is about 20 km away. In the vicinity of the hotel are a number of shopping facilities, a supermarket can be reached after around 6 km. Entertainment facilities such as a cinema are approx. 6 km away. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Aquaventure Waterpark (approx. 6 km away), Burj Khalifa (approx. 30 km away), Dubai Mall (approx. 30 km away), Dubai Marina (approx. 15 km away) and Mall of the Emirates (approx. 18 km away). For mobility there is a taxi rank and a bus stop (approx. 2 km away). Locations further away can be reached via the railway station in a distance of around 6 km. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 14 km away. The airport (AUH) is approx. 104 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee). Another airport (DXB) is located approx. 35 km away. Also to the next beach a free shuttle service is available from January to December.

The hotel has already been awarded a local seal of approval for extensive protective measures after appropriate testing.

The 11-storey beach hotel has 206 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 3 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a mini market, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 6 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 3 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Room service and laundry / ironing service are available for a fee.

Pool:
In the outdoor area of the hotel you will find one heatable pool with a separate children´s pool. Here, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for free available. A bar at the pool offers guests refreshing beverages (open from 10:00 - 23:00).
