General description:
Approx. 500 m from private sandy beach is located the hotel JA The Resort - JA Lake View Hotel. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge available. The tourist centre is about 55 km away. The town Dubai is around 60 km away (Abu Dhabi around 88 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 20 km from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 4 km. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 20 km. Further entertainment facilities such as a cinema and a theatre are approx. 20 km or approx. 45 km away. Locations further away can be reached via the railway station in a distance of around 13 km. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 32 km away. The airport (AUH) is approx. 86 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee) 24 h a day. Another airport (DXB) is located approx. 55 km away. There is also a shuttle to Yas Island Attractions from 10:00 - 19:25 (for free).

Amenities:
The 5-storey resort has 348 rooms. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, a safe (where applicable, for a fee), a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a barrier-free access and a wheelchair accessible lift. Pool:

The All-Inclusive Plus package includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner on full dine-around in all outlets mentioned above.
These meals include 1 x starter, 1 x main course,and 1 x dessert per person in the a la carte restaurants.
• The package also includes snacks like ice lollies, crisps and nuts, and a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Alcohol service as part of All-Inclusive Plus is from 11:00am until 12:00 midnight.
• Beverages indicated with sun mark are included in All-Inclusive Plus package.
• Items on the food menu indicated with a Chef’s Hat are our Chef’s Specials and are not part of the package. However, they are available at 50% discount.

• Please note that The Resort dress code policy is Smart Casual during evening hours at all outlets. This is to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests. Please refrain from wearing flip-flops, slippers, see-through dresses, sports uniforms, beach wear, and sports caps. Gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers or tailored shorts, and no sleeveless tops.
• The management reserves the right to amend opening hours and days based on business demands.
• We follow the guidelines from the Dubai Government regarding alcohol service. Alcohol will only be served to those who can provide identification to verify their age of 21 years old and above.
