Please note, any guests staying in JA Lake View Hotel and/ or JA Beach Hotel, on any meal plan will not be entitled to use White Orchid Lounge and/or White Orchid Restaurant as part of their meal plan entitlement (at any point of the day), however we will still honour the previously communicated per paying adult, per night, as a credit towards their dining experience, should they wish to use this outlet/s.

The hotel JA The Resort - JA Palm Tree Court is located approx. 300 m from its own beach. The tourist centre is about 15 km away. The town DXB Airport is around 47 km away (Dubai City Center around 16 km). A supermarket and other shopping facilities can be reached after 15 km. It is only 200 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 20 km. Further entertainment facilities such as a cinema and a theatre are approx. 15 km away. For mobility there is a car rental company. Locations further away can be reached via the railway station in a distance of around 15 km. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 15 km away. The airport (DXB) is approx. 55 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (where applicable, for a fee). Another airport (SHJ) is located approx. 91 km away.

It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, an air conditioning, a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (where applicable, for a fee) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. As part of the experience elevation of The Resort as a family destination, a new
waterpark feature and splash pad along with a beach bar will be added across
from the fabulous Pirates & Mermaids kids club. Covering 550 sqm and
designed to ignite imaginations and create endless adventures for kids of all
ages, these play structures create hubs of fun where families can spend the day.
A dedicated external beach bar and lounge with unobstructed views over
the sea will also be a great new addition.
The installation begins on July 15th with a soft opening scheduled for
October 15th to be fully operational by November 1st.
It also features a new al fresco dining concept; a chic food and beverage outlet offering simple yet freestyle cuisine from a dynamic menu based on local, organic, and seasonal produce.
Serving breakfast, lunch, and sundowners daily, guests can enjoy magnificent sea views from the open terrace, overlooking the pool and out towards the glistening Arabian Gulf.
The outlet is scheduled to be open from December 2nd
