For the meals, there are 5 restaurants (air-conditioned). WiFi is available for free. Children under 3 years old will be given a free entry to the parks.
Vouchers will be issued by Reception Team for each guest separately.
The voucher is valid only for the date, room number and name written on the voucher. It cannot be transferred to other names. Multiple entries are not permitted with the same voucher.
The Hotel will organize shuttle services on daily basis free of charge.

Guests may rent the towels from Aquaventure Waterpark with an extra cost and are obliged to attend with the appropriate dress code of the Aquaventure Park.
